Delarka Holding's subsidiary, Delarka Fastighet, completes a MSEK 740 refinancing and reduces its interest costs

Delarka Holding AB (publ)'s subsidiary, Delarka Fastighet AB (publ) has utilised a MSEK 740 bank loan. The bank loan will be applied towards finance the redemption of Delarka Fastighet AB (publ) MSEK 740 bonds 2013/2020 with ISIN SE0005498094. The bank loan matures in March 2021 and has an annual fixed interest rate of 2.21%, which will reduce Delarka Fastighet AB (publ)'s annual financing costs from approximately MSEK 34 to approximately MSEK 17.5 during the term of the bank loan. Delarka Fastighet AB (publ) will amortize MSEK 11.1 on the bank loan annually. The refinancing costs are expected to amount to approximately MSEK 15.

Delarka Fastighet AB (publ) (the "Company") hereby announces that the Company's SEK 740,000,000 bonds 2013/2020 with ISIN SE0005498094 (the "Bonds") will be redeemed in advance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. Notice of the redemption of the Bonds will be sent to the bondholders on 18 November 2016.
